Randeep Hooda is to play the former Indian cricket captain
Kapil Dev in his upcoming film. The film is based on the Indian cricket team’s
World Cup victory in 1983. Sanjay Puran Singh Chauhan will direct the film. The
filmmaker is doing a lot of hardwork and research from Kapil Dev and other
players who were the part of this historic victory. Randeep Hooda recently
worked in the commercial Movie Kick.
He impressed critics with his versatile acting.
Randeep is a sports enthusiast and a team member of a polo
team. He said enjoy playing polo. Nowadays he is promoting his upcoming film
Rang Rasiya. The film is directed by his favorite director Ketan Mehta. Rang
Rasiya is an upcoming drama film based on the life of Indian painter Raja Ravi
Varma. The film features Randeep Hooda, Nandana Sen and a newcomer Triptha
Parashar in lead roles. The film is set to be release on 7 November 2014.
